  • 1/2 cup spicy jalapeno cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 large fresh jalapeno peppers halved
  • 12 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Combine cheeses; spoon into pepper halves. Wrap with bacon, overlapping edges as necessary.

Step 3

Place, filled sides up, in shallow foil-lined pan.

Step 4

Bake 17 to 20 min. or until bacon is done. Cool slightly before removing from pan to serve.
