Ingredients

  • Vanilla Dough
  • - 14 oz cream cheese
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 cup of icing sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate batter
  • - 8 oz of chocolate
  • - 3/4 cup stick of butter
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 1 cup of icing sugar
  • - 1 cup of flour
  • - Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F

Prepare the vanilla batter:
- Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla, eggs and icing sugar.

Prepare the chocolate batter:
- Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler and mix.
- Beat eggs and sugar and add icing sugar.
- Add flour and chocolate butter mixture.

- Fill a mold, alternating the two batters. With a knife, stir to form veins.
- Finally, add nuts and press into the dough.
- Bake 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Finally ... Cut into squares and serve.
