Ingredients
- - 4 large tomatoes
- - 1 lb ground beef
- - 2 small garlic clove
- - Parsley
- - 1 egg
- - breadcrumbs
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the garlic and parsley and mix in a bowl with the ground beef.
Step 2
Beat egg, put it in the dish and mix together. Sprinkle some bread crumbs and mix again.
Step 3
Drain tomatoes and stuff with the meat/bread mixture. Close the tomatoes with their "hats". Put a pat of margarine on each tomato, salt and pepper. Then bake about 40 minutes at 350 ° F . . .
