Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Crumple two sheets of pastry in pie plate individually, spread a little melted butter (easier using a brush).
Step 2
Arrange figs, cut in two, cut side up. Add a little butter. Sprinkle with fine sugar. Bake 20 minutes.
