  • 3 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 24 thin slices of chorizo ​
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 jar of tomato confit or stewed tomatoes
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • herbes de provence

Preparation

Step 1

Wash peppers and cut into strips. Cut the onion and dice small. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes. Add the peppers and season with salt, pepper, and 2 good tablespoons of sugar. Cook over low heat about thirty minutes.

Step 2

To prepare the wraps, put a thin layer of cream cheese over the tortilla, then put a layer of tomatoes (confit or stewed). Then place the slices of chorizo ​​so as to cover almost the entire surface, then add over one quarter of prepared vegetables. Roll the tortilla over itself.

Step 3

Cut into slices for appetizers, or in two for one person. Use toothpicks for the appetizers. Do the same for all 4 tortillas.
