Crunchy Tapenade Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 package of large white corn tortilla chips
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • basil
  • tapenade:
  • 2 oz pitted black olives
  • 2 oz anchovy fillets (desalted)
  • 2 oz capers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the olives, anchovy fillets, capers and garlic. Gradually adding olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Spread the tortillas with a little tapenade. Add half a cherry tomato and a basil leaf. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
