Ingredients
- 1 mango
- ½ cucumber
- Thirty cherry tomatoes
- 30 skewers
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 10 mozzarella balls
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cubes from a mango and half cucumber, wash and drain the cherry tomatoes. Drain 10 mozzarella balls, split and scrape a vanilla bean.
Step 2
Heat olive oil at 250 ° F and add vanilla, let steep 1 hour.
Prick the fruits and vegetable on skewers (cucumber, mango, tomato, mozzarella).
