Mixed Salad with Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 15 beautiful walnuts
  • 8 oz canned asparagus
  • dressing:
  • yogurt
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • a little pepper
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme
  • 7 fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoon lavender honey

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cut tomatoes, peppers, and garlic into small cubes. Wash and cut lettuce and onion into thin slices. Cut the asparagus into pieces. Pour in a bowl adding corn and walnut halves (or quarters depending on their size). Mix everything.

Step 2

For sauce take a shaker, pour the white yogurt, mustard, minced shallot and chives cut directly above.

Step 3

Remove the leaves from the thyme. Stir everything with a fork, add honey and mix.

Step 4

 Put salad and dressing in the fridge before serving chilled.

  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
