Ingredients
- 1/4 pumpkin
- 8 beautiful potatoes
- 2 cups water + 2 cubes chicken
- scant 1/2 cup sour cream
- nutmeg, salt, pepper
- chopped parsley, croutons

Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin + stringy part of the pumpkin.
Step 2
Cut the flesh into chunks.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes.
Step 4
Steam: potatoes + pumpkin, mix everything, wetting with hot broth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add sour cream.
Step 6
Mix, add salt, pepper, nutmeg and bring to a boil.
Step 7
Remove from heat and serve, sprinkling with chopped parsley.
Step 8
Top with croutons
