Texas Style Hotdogs With Cheese

Reg. Beef hotdogs with chopped onions, Texas sauce and cheese.

- 1 pkg. Reg. Beef hotdogs, 1 pkg. Hotdog buns, 1 sm. Onion, 1 can of Texas sauce and shredded cheddar cheese.

Preparation
Step 1
Open hotdogs and slice hotdogs long ways down the middle about 1/4 of the way through the hotdog. DONT CUT THE HOTDOG FULLY IN HALF.
Step 2
After cutting the hotdogs use your hands to slowly open each hotdog. DONT SEPERATE THE HOTDOG HALVES.
Step 3
Place hotdogs into a frying pan and brown lightly inside and out.
Step 4
Meanwhile chop onions into small pieces and set aside. Then heat Texas sauce and set aside.
Step 5
Lay out hotdog buns on plates. Add cooked hotdogs with sliced side faced upwards.
Step 6
Add onions, then Texas sauce and top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese and serve.
After putting hotdogs together you can also heat in the microwave if you like the bun warm.

- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
