  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 cups herb stuffing mix (cubes)
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost spinach and squeeze out excess water.

Step 2

Add eggs, onions, cheese, butter salt and pepper to spinach and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add stuffing and mix well.

Step 4

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees until browned.
