- 3-4 oz grams of bacon,
- 1/4-1/2 cup of cream,
- Can of peas & carrots 18 oz,
- Curry powder

Step 1
Fry the bacon in a pan. Meanwhile drain the peas and carrots. Once the bacon is almost golden, remove a little of the cooking juices. Add the vegetables for a few moments. Warm. Once hot reduce heat and add cream (1/4-1/2 cup).
Step 2
Salt and pepper and sprinkle the mixture with curry to give a little more flavor. Let heat a minute or two without boiling and serve hot as is.

INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
