Ingredients

  • 8 large carrots, sliced in thin strips or 1 package sliced carrots
  • 2 T onion, grated
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup buttered breadcrumbs
  • 1 T horseradish
  • ¼ t. paprika
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots in water, al dente. Drain well.

Step 2

Mix all other ingredients.

Step 3

Place carrots flat in bottom of casserole dish.

Step 4

Sprinkle mixture on top. Can make 2 layers.

Step 5

Bake 275° 15-20 mins.
