Ingredients

  • 2lbs stew meat
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2T butter pr margarine
  • 1 tsp. accent
  • 2 T. instant beef bouillon
  • 1 small sweet onion. chopped.
  • egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Boil meat in water with bouillon until meat is tender.

Step 2

Set aside. Cook noodles, drain, set aside

Step 3

in a separate bowl mix all other ingredients together.

Step 4

put in pan, warm on med. heat, then place meat, noodles, and sauce together and mix well
