Overnight Breakfast casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins
  • 1 Cp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cp. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cp. diced onion (opt.)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. precooked sausage links
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cps. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Cube muffins in large casserole pan. Drizzle with 1/4 cp. melted butter
Sprinkle with cheeses, onion, peppers and sliced sausage links.
Mix eggs and milk. Pour over top, cover, refrigerate overnight (8hrs)
Take out 30 minutes before baking
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
