  • ¾ lb salmon fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle salmon evenly with paprika, salt and
pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat; add salmon fillets. Cook 4 to
5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of
doneness. Meanwhile, combine orange juice,
lemon juice, lime juice and honey in a medium
saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes
or until reduced by half. Stir in mustard, and
spoon over salmon.
