Ingredients

  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Celery Stalk
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 2 TSP Celery Salt
  • 2 lbs. Hamburger
  • Add:
  • 2 Quarts Water
  • 2 Level TSP Ground Red Pepper
  • 3 TSP Paprika
  • 3 1/4 Oz Chili Powder
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 3 TSP Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Finely dice green pepper, celery and onions.

Step 2

In a large cook pot add all ingredients.

Step 3

Bring to a slow boil and keep checking to break meat apart during simmer.

Step 4

Continue to boil for 2 hours or until the grease is cooked out.

Step 5

Eat or wait till cooled before putting in freezer tight containers.
