Ingredients
- 1 pork butt or shoulder
- 2c. ketchup
- 1c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork in crock pot. Season with onion and garlic powder.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. or until pork is tender
Step 3
Remove, and let cool.
Step 4
pick out all of the fat, and put meat back into crockpot.
Step 5
Add ketchup and brown sugar
Step 6
Slow cook 1 more hour on low
Step 7
Shred with fork.
