Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bread
- moambe sauce (store bought or homemade)
- 3 tablespoons toasted, coarsely chopped peanuts.
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Soak the bread (crusts removed) in a little water. When well soaked, squeeze it between your fingers to remove liquid.
Step 2
Put the meat in a dish with egg, onion, peanuts and bread. Season.
Step 3
Mix well and form into small meatballs.
Step 4
Meanwhile put a pan on the fire and bring the sauce to a boil.
Step 5
Deposit a first layer of balls and wait until they are firm before adding the remaining meatballs.
