Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds beef round steak
- 2 TBSP Cooking Oil
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 TSP Sugar
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP Pepper
- 1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1 Can (16 oz) tomatoes with liquid
- 2 Large Green Peppers cut into strips
- 1/2 Cup Cold water
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- Cooked noodles or Rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef into 3'x1" strips.
Step 2
Put meat into slow cooker and combine next 7 ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and green peppers; for for 1 hour longer on low.
Step 4
Combine the cold water and cornstarch to make a paste; stir into liquid in slow cooker and cook on high until thickened.
Step 5
Serve over noodles or rice.
All ingredients can be combined at once and slow cooked all day.
