Ingredients
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 1 cup black beans - cooked and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (four cheese, Mexican, cheddar and mozzarella
- or blend you prefer)
- 1t curry powder
- 1t sweet chili pepper blend
- 1T Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in bowl
Step 2
Place in refrigerator until well chilled
Step 3
Serve in. Dip bowl with crackers or corn chips
Makes 32 2T servings at 45 calories and 3,5 grams of fat per serving
