Barbeque Spareribs

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- Tomato juice ( approx.36 oz.)
- 2 tbsp salt and pepper mixture
- dash Ketchup
- 2-3 lbs spare ribs
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 onion (medium)
- 2 tsp margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Cut 2 to 3 lbs of spare ribs into serving size pieces.Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
While Spare ribs are in oven prepare sauce.
In a medium saucepan saute 1 medium onion (chopped)in butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
To the onion add:vinegar,sugar,lemon juice,mustard,tomato juice,salt and pepper,and ketchup.Heat mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove ribs from oven and drain grease.Pour heated sauce over ribs and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.Baste ribs 3 to 4 times.
