Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium organic cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 Stevia package
  • 1 Tab of mint
  • 1/2 organic lemon
  • 1/2 scoop greens powder
  • 1/2 scoot hemp protein

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up celery, apple and cucumber and throw into a blender. Then throw in rest of the ingredients and hit puree.

Blend (puree) until all the ingredients are well blended, I usually leave it for about 3 minutes. Make sure you have lots of ice on hand as this is definitely better cold.
