  • 6 oz crab (legs and flesh if possible)
  • 14 oz leek,
  • 4 1/4 tbsp butter
  • 6 chives cut end
  • 1 egg,
  • 8 sheets of phyllo dough
  • Salt & pepper.

Preparation

Step 1

Turn the oven on 350 ° F

- Drain the crab, keep 4 pieces and crumble the rest.
- Cut the leek ends off. Melt half the butter in a casserole dish and add the leeks.
- Cook 15 minutes over low heat. Transfer to a bowl and add the flaked crab, chives, egg, beaten. Salt and pepper.

Step 2

Melt remaining butter, brush the filo pastry sheets. Top with the leek stuffing, place a piece of crab on top, close creating rectangular packets.

Bake for 15 minutes.
