Ingredients
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 6 bacon slices
- 1 onion
- Green onions
- Celery
- Half + half
- 3x potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Dice potatoes and cook 5 min. then drain
Cook bacon
Cook potatoes and veggies 3min. in half of bacon drippings
Turn down heat, add half of the cream
Push down on food until liquid is absorbed
Add rest of cream
Then add diced chicken
Serve!

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
