- Chia Seed (pre-ground or grind yourself) (can substitute for 1 egg)
- Chicken
- Carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice on stovetop with no salt in the water.
Step 2
Cook chicken in plain water on stovetop.
Step 3
Dice chicken and carrots into small pieces and mix with blueberries and rice.
Step 4
Mix chia seed with cold water and stir into ingredients.
Step 5
Press into paper cups and tray for cupcakes or cake pan for cake.
Step 6
Bake at 375C for 25 min, let cool.
Step 7
Serve with birthday candle!
Can substitute chia seed for egg (I used mila).
