Breakfast Turnovers

Ingredients
- 1 can regular crescent rolls.
- softened cream cheese
- preserves, peach, strawberry, etc

Preparation
Step 1
Roll them out. Separate them down the middle and lengthwise; you'll end up with four perforated rectangles. Score the seams together to create solid rectangles.
Step 2
Place your rectangles on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place a little bit of each of your toppings into the bottom of each rectangle.
Step 3
Fold down the tops of each. Using the tines of your fork, seal the turnover around the three open sides. If desired,Brush the tops with egg whites for that perfect finish.
Step 4
Bake according to crescent roll package directions.
