Crockpot Breakfast Strata

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces, browned and drained
- 1 {32 oz.} bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Layer the ingredients in your crock pot in the following order: 1/2 potatoes on bottom, 1/2 of the bacon, 1/2 of the onions, 1/2 of the cheese. REPEAT.
{Make sure and salt and pepper your hash browns each time really good! Next time I'm going to add some onion salt and garlic powder as well to add a little flavor!}
Step 2
Beat the eggs, milk, mustard and a dash of salt and pepper together. Pour over the entire mixture in crock pot.
Step 3
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
