Egg omelette curry

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup tiny chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 4 eggs with a few spoons of milk, salt and pepper as needed and make an omelette. Cut it into medium size pieces keep a side

Step 2

In a sauce pan, add oil sauté onions till pinkish color, add green chilies, add omelette pieces, garam masala, pour 1/4 cup of water and simmer for 7 min

Step 3

Add 1 cup warm milk to the dish and cook till most of the milk is dissolved. Enjoy this with rice or roti
