Ingredients
- 2 Tbls Chopped onion
- 1 Tbls butter
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 can of water
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbls cooking sherry
- 1 C diced cooked chicken, ham, and/or turkey
- 2 Tbls chopped pimiento
- 1 package spaghetti noodles-cooked

Step 1
Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend soup, water, cheese, and sherry. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Add meat and pimiento. Stir cooked pasta noodles into mixture.
This can be served right from the pan or place in a casserole dish and add desired amount of cheese to the top and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
- Enjoy!
