  • one 8 oz pkg angel hair pasta
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 tbs ginger, peeled and cut
  • 2 leaves bok choy, diced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbs hoisin sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1

boil salt water and cook pasta til soft then drain

Step 2

heat canola oil and sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. throw in onion and garlic til soft. add chicken and cook til brown.
