Ingredients
- one 8 oz pkg angel hair pasta
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chicken breast cut into pieces
- 1 tbs ginger, peeled and cut
- 2 leaves bok choy, diced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
boil salt water and cook pasta til soft then drain
Step 2
heat canola oil and sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. throw in onion and garlic til soft. add chicken and cook til brown.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
