Preparation

Step 1

Fill pot with 1/4 inch of water,put Brussels in one layer cover bring to boil then add 1/2 tsp salt add Brussels to pan in single layer ,cover and reduce heat to low simmer 7-8 minutes or till tender ( base of heat should allow knife to go in with a little gentle pressure .

Step 2

Remove from water and toss in 1/2 tbs butter and season to taste
