- Raw rice- 2 cups
- Parboiled rice- 2 cups
- urad dal- 1 cup
- Fenugreek seeds- 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1
Grind dal and fenugreek seeds in grinder.
Add rice.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Ferment overnight.
