- 1. onion and milagai podi
- 2. boiled potatoes, onion and green chillies sauteed in oil.

Step 1
Heat pan till sprinkled water makes a sound.
Step 2
Pour batter and spray oil/ghee on top
Step 3
Turn it twice.
Roll or fold and eat
Step 4
Variation:
After turning apply a fil of milagai podi
Step 5
Sprinkle onion for onion dosa
Step 6
Add potato paste in middle for masala dosa
