Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 ounces) Flat Rice Noodles
- 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Asian Chili Pepper Sauce (divided)
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 8 ounces Skinless, boneless chicken (cut into 1" cubes)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 3 Cups Bean Sprouts
- 6 Green Onions (chopped)
- Optional:
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Cups Bean Sprouts

Preparation
Step 1
Fill bowl with water, soak noodles for 20 min.
Step 2
Mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, oyster sauce, 2 tsp chili sauce, chicken stock.
Step 3
Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add garlic (10 sec) add chicken, cook until cooked through (5-7 min).
Step 4
Move food in wok to sides, add egg to centre. Cook/stir until firm. Add noodles. Add sauce. Stir until noodles are tender. Stir in bean sprouts and green onion.
