Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Vermicelli Noodles
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Break vermicelli into small pieces. Cover with hot tap water and soak for 10 min, drain.

Step 2

Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, boiling water, pour over drained noodles, soak 2 min.

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil in skillet (med heat). Add noodles and soy sauce, mix in skillet and cook, stir until hot, 5 min, sprinkle sesame seeds.
