Preparation
Step 1
On a very lightly buttered pan, add a tortilla and before it starts bubbling up and rising, flip over to the other side for browning.
Step 2
Remove and add all ingredients (heated up and already cooked well).
If you want black edges on the tortilla, put the edge a little close to the flame, not very close, just a little bit farther away from you, very slowly, and as soon as it turns black, turn the tortilla little by little to get most of the black edges you want to see.
