Ingredients
- ½ lb. Ground beef
- ½ teas. Minced garlic
- 1 Onion chopped
- ½ C. Celery sliced
- ½ C. Carrots chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) Chopped tomatoes INCLUDING juice
- 4 C. Vegetable soup stock
- ¼ C. Macaroni, uncooked
- ¼ C. Rice uncooked
- 1 can (7 oz.) Pork & beans
- 1 teas. Basil
- 1 teas. Salt
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef
Step 2
Add garlic, onion, celery and carrots. Cook
Step 3
Add tomatoes and soup stock
Step 4
Boil, then simmer for 45 minutes
Step 5
Add pasta, rice, pork & beans, basil, salt and pepper
Step 6
Simmer another 30 minutes
