- 1 cup rice
- 3 spoons salt
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cups of water
Preparation
Step 1
Wash rice. Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil. pour rice into boiling water along with the 1/2 onion and 3 spoons of salt. Bring heat to low. turn heat off when rice puffs up. serve with rice and red Mexican sauce on top.
