Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup (scant) sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Scald milk in microwave (4 1/2 minutes on high)
Step 2
Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir into milk.
Step 3
Sprinkle nutmeg and cook covered (with a plate or waxed paper) 5 minutes, then for 6 minutes at 50% power (still covered).
