Ingredients
- 2 deer tenderloins
- 2 medium onions
- 12 oz baby portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the tenderloins into 1/2 inch cubes
Slice onions
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into a wok or chicken frier
Step 3
Cook on medium high heat until meat is done and onions are tender
Step 4
