Ingredients
- 1 package of imitation crab meat-diced
- 1 bunch of green onions -rinsed
- 2 8oz packages of cream chees
- 1 can of water chestnuts-finely chopped
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- Small bowl of water
- Peanut oil
- Plate

Preparation
Step 1
Dice the crab meat
Step 2
Rinse the green onions and remove the roots
Step 3
Chop fine the white and two inches of the green part of the onions, chop the water chestnuts
Step 4
Mix the ingredients together
Step 5
Using 1 wonton wrapper place about a teaspoon of mixture near the top
Step 6
Wet the top corners of the wonton wrapper and fold over the mixture
Step 7
Wet sides of wanton and fold over top piece
Step 8
Wet bottom of wonton wrapper and roll wrapper gently towards the bottom corner
Step 9
Place wonton in hot peanut oil
Step 10
Fry till golden brown, remove from oil and drain
Use potato masher to mix ingredients
