Ingredients
- 20 cups of cucumber (about 12 good size)
- 1 1/2 pounds of onions
- 1 red pepper
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 7 cups white sugar
- 4 cups white vinegar
- 4 tbsp. salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tbsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
add together 3 cups vinegar, 6 cups white sugar, and salt. heat to a boil.
Step 2
then mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup flour and remaining dry ingredients, boil again.
