Mj's Yummy Ham & Cheese Omelet

A hearty ommlet with eggs, ham, onions, peppers and cheese.

Ingredients
- 8-10 med. - Lg. Eggs, 1/2 Lb. Deli ham, 1 sm. -med. Onion, 1 green pepper and shredded cheddar cheese. Butter or margarine. And salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Break eggs into lg. Bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Step 2
Chop onions, peppers and ham into small pieces and set aside.
Step 3
Open cheese to be ready.
Step 4
Place skillet or frying pan on stove and turn flame on low - med. Add 2 tbsp. Of butter or margarine to pan and melt.
Step 5
When butter is melted add eggs.
Then sprinkle onions, peppers and ham throughout eggs. Then add some cheddar cheese and cover with lid and let cook 2-5 min.
Step 6
Uncover and check. When the eggs look a little more than halfway cooked its time to fold the ommlet.
Step 7
Place 2 spatulas together under one side of ommlet and fold over in half.
Step 8
When eggs are not runny, cut the folded ommlet in half and flip each piece. Cook untill desired consistancy.
Step 9
Top with more cheese and serve.
Serve with toast of choice.
