Mom's friend makes these delicious egg rolls every holiday and its a fight for the last one every time.

Ingredients

  • 25 egg roll crepes
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium potato diced
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 2 stalks of celery sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic diced
  • Cooking oil enough to fry plus 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté garlic and onions. Add meat to brown and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Added veggies. Stir. Do Not overcook.

Step 3

Remove from heat

Step 4

Let for mix to cool then wrap and roll. Amount of mix to fill vary to your desire. Use egg yolk to seal.

Step 5

Deep fry few rolls at a time til brown.

Open wraps few minutes before use to avoid drying out. May serves with sweet and sour sauce or garlic/vinegar for dip
