  • 5-6 Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 raw egg
  • 8 oz of sausage
  • pepper and salt
  • sage
  • bread crumbs
  • oil for deep frying

Preparation

Step 1

Hard boil 5-6 eggs and shell them. Mix sausage, sage, raw egg, pepper and salt.

Step 2

Divide sausage mixture into 5-6 portions. Wrap each around a hard boiled egg then roll in toasted bread crumbs.

Step 3

Deep fry in hot fat until a pretty golden brown. Eat cold or warm.

Have a variety of dipping sauces if you wish.
