- 2 full boneless skinnless chicken breasts
- 1 pt half & half
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp Larrys Season Salt
- 3 cups vegetable oil

Step 1
Heat oil on medium to high heat. Slice breasts into 4 slices. Add season salt to flour and mix well. Dip chicken into milk then dip in flour mix and fry.
Dont fry more than 3 pieces of chicken at a time.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
