  • 2 full boneless skinnless chicken breasts
  • 1 pt half & half
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp Larrys Season Salt
  • 3 cups vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil on medium to high heat. Slice breasts into 4 slices. Add season salt to flour and mix well. Dip chicken into milk then dip in flour mix and fry.

Dont fry more than 3 pieces of chicken at a time.
