Ingredients

  • 1 potato per person
  • About 1 cup flour
  • Boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the potatoes. Mash them and mix with flour until dough like consistency. Keep kneading flour until smooth. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small balls. Roll the small balls into a snake shape and cut into bit-sized pieces. Drop into boiling water and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Pour favorite spaghetti sauce over and serve.
