Ingredients
- 6-9 pork chops
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup catchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything but pork chops in small pot and bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Step 2
Brown pork chops. In oven safe pan pour sauce over the pork chops and cook at 350 F for 1 hour.
