Ingredients
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 4 onions chopped
- 4 potatoes sliced thin
- 1 lb cooked hamburger
- 2 c carrots chopped
- 2 c celery chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c boiling water
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
place all except soup in a pan layering it like lasanga
Step 2
pour soup mixed with the water over top. salt and pepper again.
Step 3
bake 250 3 to 5 hours
very filling
